Horizontal sterilizer is a large-scale high-pressure steam sterilization equipment, usually placed horizontally, suitable for places that require large-scale sterilization, such as hospitals, operating rooms, and biological laboratories. Compared with desktop sterilizers, horizontal sterilizers have a larger capacity and are suitable for batch sterilization of medical devices, laboratory equipment, and fabrics.

Features:

Intelligent microcomputer control system:Using LED digital control system; After sterilization finished, sterilizer will automatic alarm and shut down.

Interlock device:The control system can real time supervision the sterilizer chamber's temperature and pressure. Only under the safety temperature and pressure can open the sterilizer's cover. Make sure the operator's safety.

The structure of cover's opening:Using 8 rotary extendable stick to improve sealing and safety performance.

Preset program:Can preset fixed program that sterilize the liquid and solid body.

Maintenance of horizontal sterilizer:

1. Clean and disinfect the sterilizer body regularly.

2. Check the working status of the cooling system regularly and repair it in time if there is any abnormality.

3. Check the various parameter settings on the operation panel regularly to ensure accuracy.

4. Keep the sterilizer dry and avoid water accumulation and humid environment.

Common problems and solutions:

1. The horizontal sterilizer cannot be started: it may be because the power is not connected or the switch fails. The power supply and switch should be checked.

2. There is an abnormal sound inside the horizontal sterilizer: it may be that the sterilizer body is cracked or worn, and it should be replaced in time.

3. The horizontal sterilizer cannot discharge steam: it may be that the exhaust pipe is blocked, which should be disassembled for inspection and removal.

4. The horizontal sterilizer leaks: it may be that the joint is not sealed well, and the seal should be reinstalled.
