Description:

This series of pulsation vacuum sterilizer uses saturated steam as its sterilization medium. The saturated steam releases a large amount of latent heated physical properties in the stage of condensation, which presents items to be sterilized with a state of high temperature and humidity. After a period of insulation in such status, sterilization is achieved. The application of pulsating vacuum exhausting has successfully eliminated temperature influence from cold air, and helping the sterilization items to be dried by means of vacuum and dehumidification between the jacketed layers.

Operation method:

1. Fill the water tank: Open the water tank cover of the sterilizer, pour in an appropriate amount of clean water, and ensure that there is enough water in the water tank.

2. Place items: Place the items to be sterilized in the sterilization chamber, pay attention to arranging them neatly, and ensure that the steam can fully contact the surface of each item.

3. Set the sterilization program: According to the characteristics of the items and the sterilization requirements, select the appropriate sterilization program and parameters on the control panel, such as temperature, pressure and time. Usually, the sterilization program will vary depending on the item.

4. Start the sterilizer: Press the start button and the steam sterilizer starts working. The equipment will automatically heat the water in the water tank, generate steam, and input the steam into the sterilization chamber.

5. Monitoring during the sterilization process: During the entire sterilization process, the progress and status of the sterilization can be monitored in real time through the display on the control panel. Ensure that parameters such as temperature and pressure are within the set range.

6. Sterilization completion prompt: When the sterilization program is completed, the sterilizer will sound a prompt or the display light will light up. At this time, you need to turn off the steam sterilizer and wait for a while until the pressure and temperature in the sterilization chamber drop before opening the equipment door.

7. Take out the items: Open the equipment door carefully and use instruments or tools to take out the sterilized items. Pay attention to personal safety and hygiene requirements during operation.

8. Cleaning and maintenance: After use, be sure to clean and maintain the steam sterilizer. Clean the water tank, sterilization chamber and discharge pipe in the steam sterilizer to ensure the hygiene and normal function of the equipment.
